SHRM Topeka HR Professional of the Year (Esquibel Award)
The SHRM Topeka HR Professional of the Year (Esquibel Award) will be presented to an individual who deserves to be recognized for their extraordinary contributions. The award winner is someone that serves as a “go-to” person for guidance, ideas and solutions. They demonstrate a high level of knowledge, exceptional leadership and make others around them better. The winner is known for their generosity with their time and commitment to their community and Topeka SHRM. They demonstrate excellence in advancing the HR Profession.
Ashley Esquibel was the winner of the inaugural HR Professional of the Year in 2021, and this award is named in her honor.
