Recruiting Coordinator - Bettis Companies

    The Bettis Companies is currently seeking a full-time Recruiting Specialist. We are looking for an outgoing, self-driven, team collaborative individual who will aid in the development and growth of our companies.

    Job Description and Responsibilities:

    The Recruiting Specialist will assist in sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates.

    Develop and create job descriptions that accurately and effectively describe the job to ensure qualified candidates are applying.
    Create and manage all social media recruiting campaigns along with all other recruiting sources, such as Google AdWords, employee referrals and job boards.
    Capture and analyze the appropriate social media and website data / metrics and use best practices to measure the success of each recruiting campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
    Consistently evaluate and manage all recruiting sources in collaboration with the HR team to ensure the cost per applicant and cost per hire are meeting goals.
    Work with the HR team to evaluate and screen all candidates to ensure that qualified candidates move on to the next stage in the interviewing process.
    Assist as needed with onboarding new employees, including but not limited to screening, testing, safety training and necessary paperwork.
    Communicate with the HR team and field leadership to identify all required staffing needs.
    Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
    Moderate user-generated content in line with company policies.
    Oversee data entry / reporting for all recruiting sources to effectively prepare a monthly HR report.
    Work with Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to monitor, manage and improve the functionality of the company’s employment pages on the company websites.
    Work with the Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to ensure all recruiting campaigns follow our marketing guidelines and always portray the companies in the best light.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or other related fields.
    Bilingual – Hispanic
    Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong understanding and ability to navigate all forms of social media.
    Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
    Evident practice of a high level of confidentiality and adherence to professional ethics.
    Experience with applicant tracking system.
    Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
    Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.
