Collaborates with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and forecast staffing needs in order to develop an applicant pool to fill organizational vacancies. Continuously develops new sourcing opportunities for candidates. Screens candidates and makes recommendations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitates the hiring process by identifying selected candidates that possess the qualities and skills needed to enhance the organization's positive outcomes and mission.
Maintains the organization's regulatory and accreditation compliance by ensuring regulatory and employment laws are followed and organizational policies are adhered to during the hiring process.
Contributes to the success of the department's Strategic and Performance Improvement plans by participating in and supporting plan initiatives.
Accountable for self and self-actions:
Engages in self-evaluation of practice and takes action to improve knowledge and skills.
Promotes consensus building and applies techniques of conflict resolution and conduct improvement.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 3 years of HR experience.
