This position supports the Personnel Records Coordinator with research, verification, and system entry of personnel records data. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least four years data entry experience. Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain spreadsheets.
Salary range: $17.39-26.09
Duties include:
• Create the Personnel Board Agenda for all Board of Education meetings
• Verify correct payment amounts and no duplication of payments for all Payment Authorizations submitted to Human Resources
• Track certified licensure and notify staff of expirations
• Verify and record transcripts for salary movement
• Data entry of all personnel changes, including new hire entry into system, salary changes, and updates to experience and education.
