Personnel Records Assistant
Full-time, twelve-month position supporting the Human Resources department by insuring all data for certified and classified personnel is processed correctly and effectively, and maintaining supporting documentation. Reports to the Personnel Records Coordinator and provides back-up to the Coordinator position.
Responsibilities include entering personnel data into Human Resource software, creating reports for administration, verifying experience and education for salary schedule placement, and troubleshooting payroll and personnel issues.
Qualification include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong data entry skills, ability to meet numerous deadlines, and attention to detail. Payroll and ten-key experience is helpful.
Salary level starts at $17.39 per hour. Eligible for benefits.
