People Coordinator- Zinnia

    WHO YOU ARE:
    The People Coordinator will embrace the adventure by providing a variety of administrative work in multiple functional areas of People Operations, including but not limited to: Reporting, team member engagement, performance management and onboarding. The People Coordinator will collaborate and provide support to the People Business Partners in policy and process development as well as educate team members of these policies and processes when applicable and work towards creating a culture that encourages and enables our team members to pursue excellence.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:
    • Prepare and process employment actions related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating team members, including conducting exit interviews
    • Support team member engagement activities as needed
    • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed
    • Assist team members and managers on established People related procedures
    • Prepare and maintain People reports such as Exit Interview Summary, PIP/Counseling Statement Tracker, and other miscellaneous reporting needs as requested
    • As needed, support the Talent Acquisition process
    • Completes I-9 forms, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files
    • Provide support to People Business Partners as needed
    • Assist People (HR) management with special projects

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or relevant work experience
    • 0 - 2 years of Human Resources experience
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Advanced skill with MS Office products with strong knowledge and exceptional skill with MS Excel
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Proven problem-solving, decision making and organizational skills
    • Ability to interact positively with people on all levels both internally and externally
    • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work from general directions
    • Capability to handle multiple assignments and priorities at once
    • Ability to maintain private and crucial information

    BONUS POINTS:
    • aPHR or other relevant HR certification preferred
    • HRIS experience a plus
    • International experience a plus
