The Greater Topeka Partnership seeks an energetic, people-oriented HR Lead to work closely with senior leadership and focus on:
Making Our Good Culture Great
Continuously Improving Our Team’s Performance
Helping Our Teammates Grow as Professionals
Administering Our Basic HR Processes and Policies (like payroll, benefits and regulatory compliance)
Recruiting New Team Members and Setting Them on the Right Path to success at the Partnership
The right candidate will have education and experience in:
Developing and implementing employee engagement and training programs
Planning staff retreats and meetings
Conducting employee reviews, 360s and other feedback processes
Benefits administration and payroll processing
Keeping the employee handbook up to date with solid policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with such laws as ADA, ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and COBRA
Conducting market compensation analyses
Helping resolve employee relations challenges
Recruiting strategies for marketing new positions and identifying top candidates
Developing and participating in orientation and onboarding programs for new hires

Job Type: Full-time
Minimum salary $60k/annual but further consideration dependent upon skills and/or qualifications
