Learning and Development Specialist - Newcomer Funeral Service Group

    The Learning & Development Specialist is an integral part of identifying, developing, and delivering a broad range of learning solutions that includes interactive in-person workshops, engaging virtual learning, scenario-based eLearning courses, visual learning aids, individual coaching, annual events, and train the trainer materials.

    A successful candidate for this role is dedicated to helping and supporting others, is a self-starter with a passion for learning technologies and best practices, loves to collaborate with others, and delivers excellent results with a high degree of autonomy.

    Qualifications
    Qualified applicants will have a college degree and at least three years of experience in this area. They must have functional knowledge e-learning programs, excellent communication skills, and be service oriented by actively looking to help our associates.
