HR Generalist and Credentialing Assistant - HealthSource Integrated Solutions (HIS)
HealthSource Integrated Solutions (HIS) is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Generalist and Credentialing Assistant! HIS, a leader in crisis intervention services in the state of Kansas, provides HR and Credentialing services both internally as well as to outside customers. We are looking for a customer oriented, hardworking professional to join our amazing team!
The HR Generalist and Credentialing Assistant role works with both internal employees and external customers to streamline processes and problem solve. They ensure that Human Resources operates efficiently and smoothly while providing a high standard of customer service.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and have experience in handling a wide range of human resources tasks. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, have excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently, and enjoy the challenges of supporting a company of diverse people as well as external customers.
Major Duties:
Owns the recruitment process including collaborating with hiring managers on job postings, interviewing, completing background checks, and onboarding of new employees
Provides customer service related to compensation and benefits requests, employee relations, training and development, and leave administration
Leads the performance review process and maintains the company's learning management system
Works as part of our Credentialing team to complete provider applications and track provider information
Helps to maintain employee and credentialing files
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
At least one year of human resource management experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Physical Demands:
Frequently required to speak, write, and memorize.
Constantly required to talk, read, problem solve, see, hear, and sit.
Push, pull, lift, or carry 20 pounds.
Frequently required to bend, twist, squat, kneel, stand, walk, or balance.
