The Executive Director of Human Resources plans, organizes, and directs a comprehensive personnel program, including recruitment, selection, classifications, wage and salary administration, employee relations, and administration of and responsibility for the District’s worker’s compensation program. He/She serves as the principal advisor to the Superintendent regarding labor relations matters and litigation management.
