Topic & Topic Summary: Domestic Violence in the Workplace

Domestic violence knows no boundaries. Every day, domestic violence walks in the doors of each and every workplace in the United States, impacting employee safety and well-being, productivity, and financial performance. Participants will build awareness of domestic violence and develop the innovative tools needed to effectively address domestic violence in the workplace. This informative training is geared towards professionals in human resources, business, leadership and management for companies and businesses of all sizes. Together, we seek to support victims/survivors, transform families and strengthen our community, one workplace at a time.

If you or someone you know is in an unsafe, unhealthy or abusive relationship or you have questions about relationship abuse, you are not alone. Advocates at the YWCA Center for Safety and Empowerment are here to help. You can call our 24/7 helpline at 1.888.822.2983 or text the keyword YWCANEKS, followed by your message to 847-411.
