Event Details

This is a new kind of Career Fair that will empower job seekers when talking to potential employers. The Career Fair will provide help with resume writing, mock interviews, and donated professional attire to choose from. 

Career Fair - The Career Fair will be longer and later than other career fairs to help job seekers have more chances to attend.

Resume Writing - Human Resources professionals will be available to review resumes or to help get a basic one started. 

Mock Interviews - Practice for an interview with a Human Resources professional. They can help advise you on your behavior and test you with questions you may face during the real thing.

Professional Attire - Donated professional attire for job seekers to choose from.

We are looking for volunteers to help out with various jobs on the day of including helping with employer registration, mock interviews, resume help and more. Thank you for helping us make this a successful event!

During the career fair, candidates will have the opportunity to explore a professional clothing closet to ensure they make a great impression.

If you are decluttering and have any new or gently used clothing/shoes to spare, please think about donating them to SHRM Topeka for this occasion.
