Our November meeting will include a presentation from Kansas Children's Service League along with a celebration of SHRM Topeka's 40th Anniversay and Member Appreciation!
Presentation Topic: Strengthening Workplace Culture to Support Families
Businesses and organizations that actively promote and implement dynamic practices to support employees and families have a competitive advantage to attract and retain skilled workers. Creating workplace environments that support Kansas families results in increased productivity, improved retention, and resilient, happier, and healthier employees. This presentation will address the trends of “quiet quitting, the great resignation, and the great realignment” and provide examples of actions that can be taken based on the results of businesses that have participated in the Kansas family-friendly workplace survey project.
