Repurposement – Experiencing the Financial Freedom to Start Living on Purpose Today with Troy Redstone, PHD. Retirement Consulting

Repurposement is a new paradigm for serving your employees, improving the company culture, and mitigating the financial stress at work. Rather than focusing on a future date (like retirement) it concentrates on helping employees today with day-to-day money choices that produces financial wellness and holistic wellbeing.

PHD. Consulting specializes in building healthy retirement plans that produce healthy retirement outcomes (by way of Plan Health Design, or PHD.). But it’s not necessary to wait until retirement to enjoy the fruits of your labor. The goal is financial independence and financial freedom TODAY, shifting from Retirement Readiness to Financial Security.

If you provide a workplace retirement plan, you should consider undergirding this plan with holistic financial wellness that looks at the entire financial picture for each employee, looking beyond the 401(k) investments to budgeting, eliminating debt, stewardship, and savings goals. The mission is not to drive better outcomes for some employees but to drive better outcomes for all employees. Living paycheck to paycheck, emergency loans, college savings (or college debt), causes so much financial stress, uncertainty, and insecurity. Aging workers are struggling with funding long term care while wondering if they can even retire. Other employees are caught between taking care of their kids as well as their aging parents. The recent trend in the workplace is FIRE (Financially Independent, Retire Early). Repurposement produces financial independence and financial security with money coaching (and behavioral coaching) for each employee.

This presentation will provide several distinct action steps:

    • How to build a financial wellness program.
    • How to evaluate the various financial wellness programs in the market today.
    • How to choose the financial wellness program that fits you (and your company) best.
    • How to measure the success of a financial wellness program.
    • And how much should you be paying for a financial wellness program?

    Registration is now closed.
