About the speaker:
Erick Punches is the Chief Operations Officer and Employee Benefits Consultant at CPM, Inc and is also a Certified Self-Funding Specialist. CPM, Inc is a Third Party Administrator that administers health plans for employers across the Midwest. After graduating from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Erick spent some time in the military and sales world, before finding his passion in Employee Benefits and Health Insurance. His mission has been to solve the frustration and uncertainty that employer’s face with their employee benefits costs, and explaining how and where their premiums are being spent.
