Wobble and Flourish

People are dis-engaged; unacknowledged, feeling alone, fearing the unknown. The Pandemic has brought these things to light that have been around for a while.  How do we create an environment that sets our people up for success? How do we get our people re-engaged, maybe engaged for the first time? How do we get people feeling confident and create a positive momentum moving forward? 

Embrace the Wobble  

We do all of that by Embracing the Wobble. The wobble is just due to the free  dynamics of the spinning Earth, due to the tilt between its angular momentum and it  axis of symmetry.  

Energy changes. Momentum changes. We are the generators of the energy, it is up to us to establish the type of energy we want for ourselves and our teams. It us up to us to establish the energy that will create the momentum we want for us to have the success that we desire. 

In this workshop, we will teach you, instead of fighting the wobble, embrace it by  being…just being…in it. Appreciate it for what it is teaching you. Then take action and flourish. You will learn how to establish the energy and momentum you need and want for yourselves and your teams.
