Join SHRM Topeka and Dr. Paula Daoust for an informative training on Conflict At Work!

Description:  Discover innovative tools that get results and no one else offers. Get past the typical rational, logical advice that doesn’t work. Conflict is an emotional event. You need tools that use your emotions to get you the results you need and want! I will share with you a different perspective with a variety of tools that you can mix and match, according to your own needs and comfort level.

Attend the keynote presentation and get the answers to the following questions:

    •          How you can get back one full day of productivity per employee, EVERY month!

    •          How I saved my job with tools nobody else talks about.

    •          Most people are not good at resolving conflict. Why is that?

    •          What is the biggest mistake most people make when dealing with conflict?

    •          What is the secret to good conflict management?

    •          Are you a member of the White Knight or the Valiant Warrior Club?

The Chapter Meeting will be a microlearning session that will consist of an overview of Dr. Daoust's book and a short session on conflict management.

    Speaker:

I’m Doc Paula and I wrote the book on conflict so that you don’t have to struggle working with colleges anymore! My doctorate in behavioral psychology, training as a hypnotherapist, and personal experience of over twenty years coaching hundreds of people, has provided me with a unique understanding of the challenge conflict holds for most people. It is clear to me that most people need help stepping up to the conflict and  my education and experience has provided the insight necessary to guide them in that challenge.
