Noon – 1 pm               Networking Lunch - meal provided with cost of full-day registration

    1:00pm - 4:00pm       M. Hunter Stanfield, "Conflict Resolution"

Even though conflict is inevitable in organizations, we are not without ways to manage the process and to help with resolutions.  Hunter’s presentation will focus on the costs of unresolved conflict in organizations, and the sources of, and ways in which to more constructively engage in, organizational conflict.
