Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager - Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to grow our DEI team! We are currently recruiting to add to the leadership of this team with an individual ready to make a difference.

This position is responsible for providing strategic and day-to-day operational and leadership guidance in the development and coordination of the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and cultural awareness policies, programs, and practices within the company. Partners with Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent hiring, retention, and talent marketplace strategies as they relate to DEI initiatives. Recommends, develops, monitors, and evaluates metrics aligned to DEI goals to ensure commitment and accountability across the organization.
