Chief Behavioral Health Officer - DCCCA

    DCCCA seeks a decisive, strategic leader to serve as Chief Behavioral Health Officer. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will join a team of compassionate individuals who are motivated by DCCCA's mission of providing social and community services that improve the safety, health, and well-being of those we serve. The Chief Behavioral Health Officer will direct a team of approximately 90 employees through 4 direct reports, with a focus on leadership development. This role is on-site and may office out of Lawrence or Wichita, or at a location to be mutually agreed upon during the selection process. We are looking for individuals that enjoy strategic planning, big picture problem-solving, and collaboration. Cultivating relationships with the recovery community, funders, local and state agencies to improve health outcomes is a critical element of this role, requiring effective collaboration with other DCCCA programs, such as child welfare, community-based services, and prevention.
