Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is currently looking for a motivated, project driven individual to join our growing HR team!

As the HR Analyst, HR Programs & Projects, you will help support and drive a variety of key initiatives and special programs within HR, building on the organization’s strong foundation, and delivering measurable value to help Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas achieve its vision.
The role is responsible for effectively delivering HR projects & programs by working across departments and office locations to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of programs. This role will contribute to day-to-day execution and planning of employee engagement and recognition programs that support crucial initiatives and emerging trends by utilizing consistent project and program management practices.
