HR Specialist- Recruiter - Brewster Place

    Responsible for researching, developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified individuals for the organization. Also, will help direct retention initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities/Duties

    Recruitment process to include:
    •Managing recruitment initiatives
    •Maintaining job advertisements/postings
    •Conducting interviews with department managers
    •Completing required background, reference checks and job offers

    Onboarding process to include:
    •I9 completion and record management
    •Managing and organizing new employee orientation

    Retention process to include:
    •Annual evaluation management
    •Exit interview management
    •Completing other retention efforts as directed
