HR Specialist
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll experience, a passion for accuracy, and a collaborative spirit. You’ll help manage and optimize our HRIS system (Paycom), ensure payroll and tax compliance, and support HR operations with reporting, data integrity, and special projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and manage bi-weekly payroll, commissions, and tax filings
- Maintain and enhance HRIS functionality and data accuracy
- Analyze timekeeping and payroll data for compliance and reporting
- Support employment verifications, audits, and HR projects
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes and foster a positive workplace
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of HRIS/payroll experience (Paycom preferred)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll tax laws and employment practices
