HR Representative - Compensation - BCBSKS

    The Compensation Representative is responsible for day-to-day administration of compensation policies and program and advises HR partners and company management on compensation policies and programs. Responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks with the purpose of supporting and administering compensation processes/functions.

    Preferred candidates will have:

    High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years related human resource experience, preferably with an emphasis in compensation or in a generalist capacity.

    Knowledge of FLSA laws.

    General knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday.

    Strong computer skills to operate effectively with company systems and programs. To perform the duties of the position, the incumbent should have experience with Microsoft Office products. Solid skills working with Excel.

    Good customer service skills with an ability to answer questions tactfully and diffuse difficult situations.
