    Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions has an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition – Recruiter Level 2 to join our team of success driven Human Resources professionals.

    This opportunity is for a Level 2 Recruiter with previous recruiting experience and will operate within our Human Resources Department. This role will be responsible for providing full life-cycle recruitment at our Human Resources location in Topeka, KS. This role will be based in Topeka, KS, but will serve Mainstream Nonprofit Solution’s recruiting efforts across the Enterprise.

    Job Description Summary:

    In This Opportunity You Will Get To:

    Perform a variety of complex recruiting functions along with professional and administrative tasks in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified candidates to effectively meet the organization's staffing requirements, to include possible background investigation tasks.

    Responsible for implementing the organization's recruiting and selection strategies based on current and future business needs, including but limited to, recruiting planning, pre and post process coordination and implementing recruitment programs and strategies; which deliver a qualified and diverse palette of prospective candidates and future employees.

    More About the Role:

    • Provide full lifecycle recruiting function to include collaborating with program and hiring managers with developing and marketing job positions, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, reference checking, extending verbal and written offers while also maintaining candidate information in an automated recruiting system.
    • Develop innovative recruiting techniques to support customer needs.
    • Maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
    • Perform a variety of professional and administrative functions to ensure positions are filled with qualified candidates.
    • Provide regular reporting to senior management on recruiting related issues.
    • Represent Recruiting department to internal/external applicants.
    • Provides advice and guidance to less experienced employees and will serve as recruiter trainer, if applicable over time. Professional growth is encouraged here at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions.
    • Organize and coordinate recruiting events including selection of venues.
    • Serve as primary POC for the tracking of career fair candidates and prospects.
    • Community Outreach: Support and attend college, civilian and Military hiring events.
    • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is participating in key recruiting events including event registration, ordering giveaways.
    • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of candidates, employees, hiring managers and key members.
    • Must be able to multi-task when necessary and effectively manage shifting priorities.
    • Must possess and demonstrate strong customer service abilities and collaboration skills.
    • Responsible for the creation, review and posting of job requisitions.

    You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
    • 3 + years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting
    • Outstanding & Positive ATTITUDE
    • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Operate with a sense of urgency, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be customer service oriented
    • Top-Notch communication skills
    • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
    • Ability to utilize talent platforms and networking

    Experience:

    • relevant: 3 years (Required)
