    HR Specialist 

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll experience, a passion for accuracy, and a collaborative spirit. You’ll help manage and optimize our HRIS system (Paycom), ensure payroll and tax compliance, and support HR operations with reporting, data integrity, and special projects.
     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Process and manage bi-weekly payroll, commissions, and tax filings
    • Maintain and enhance HRIS functionality and data accuracy
    • Analyze timekeeping and payroll data for compliance and reporting
    • Support employment verifications, audits, and HR projects
    • Collaborate across departments to improve processes and foster a positive workplace

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2+ years of HRIS/payroll experience (Paycom preferred)
    • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
    • High attention to detail and confidentiality
    • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge of payroll tax laws and employment practices
