Jermaine Jamison is an executive, entrepreneur, and human engagement strategist who helps organizations build environments where people feel seen, trusted, and equipped to lead.
As Co-founder and Managing Partner of Jamison Perry, a recruiting and staffing firm, and President of 3E, LLC (Emerge. Evolve. Excel.), a human engagement consultancy, Jermaine challenges leaders to rethink how they engage people and deliver meaningful, measurable change through the lens of lived experience.
Beyond his professional work, Jermaine is a committed civic leader and mentor. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member of SHRM-KC, and Chair of Legislative and Governmental Affairs.
He currently serves on the City of Lenexa Planning Commission, mentors emerging professionals through SHRM-KC, and serves on the board of Sleepyhead Beds, supporting families in need.
Jermaine earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Emporia State University, with a focus on human development and sociological paradigms. He also holds industry certifications, international accreditations, and the ACECC designation as a career coach and life coach.
Jermaine challenges others to lead with empathy, act with purpose, and turn lived experience into meaningful impact.
