Creating great company culture and having consistently strong business outcomes both require that team members engage in critical conversations many prefer to avoid.  The failure to have these conversations leads to employee turnover, absenteeism, stress, conflict, low efficiencies, workplace drama and more. “Critical Conversations” training can help you:

• Identify when conversations are needed.

Meet the Speaker

After receiving a B.A. in Accounting, Dana chose an alternate career with the freedom and flexibility to earn an executive income while raising her daughters.

In 1995, she began building a successful independent sales organization with a division of a Fortune 500 company.  She grew a top producing team and was a National Trainer developing other high producers.

She founded Mastering Excellence, Inc. in 2011 where she trains, coaches and equips individuals with tools critical for leadership success.  Her clients include professionals in Manufacturing, Hospitality and Professional Services.

Dana loves putting the pieces together to support others in achieving greatness.
