    Topic:  Goalosophy: The Why Behind Goal Setting

    This course will provide attendees with the "why" behind goal setting, how to set goals and coaching for acceptable performance.

    About the speaker:

    Randy Woehl, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, MPA is a People Operations Specialist at the Barack Obama Foundation. Randy has 20 plus years’ experience as Human Resource/Organizational Development practitioner in Fortune 100 and 500 companies. He has developed and taught numerous management and leadership training courses and coached and mentored hundreds of managers on effective management techniques. He also has experience in the design and implementation of benefits, salary and performance management programs and full cycle recruiting. He is a Member of the John Maxwell Leadership team and is certified to teach and facilitate Leadership courses offered through the Maxwell institute.

    For the past 12 years, Randy has been an adjunct Graduate and Undergraduate HR and Management instructor at Avila University. Randy has also designed and continues to teach Graduate HR at the University of St. Mary, Overland Park campus. 

    Randy has presented numerous workshops and keynotes to local and National Associations on Employee engagement, change management, conflict resolution and succession planning to name a few.

    Credits: Pending for 1 hour of HRCI credit and pre-approoved for 1 hour of SHRM recertification credit
