    Topic:  A Path Forward


    Strengths, Resiliency, Well-Being
    The COVID-19 pandemic has led to extraordinary demands on everyone one of us as
    individuals, as parents, workers, and leaders. Organizations and managers were faced
    with finding solutions to unprecedented challenges. We will explore A Path Forward and
    how managers can focus on recognition, resiliency, growth-mindset, well-being, and
    strengths for our employees during hard times. The ultimate goal is to have confidence
    in our ability to support and guide our colleagues.

    About the speaker: Trey Burton, with O'Shea Strengths Coaching

    Trey recently retired as the Chief Executive of a federal agency in Kansas after 30 years of service.  He has extensive C-Suite experience leading operations, projects and staff.  He has over 20 years leadership experience with both the Federal Government an community boards.  He is a Gallup certified Strengths Coach, working with hundreds of people and their teams.  He is currently a consultant, leadership coach and trainer.
