Training Topic: ACA Reporting, Pitfalls & Penalties
Presenter: Rich Glass JD, Principal and Compliance Specialist with Mercer.
Description of training: As the fourth year of ACA reporting nears, we will discuss the significant compliance issues with Form 1094-C/1095-C reporting. We will also discuss the major missteps that employers have made, resulting in employer shared responsibility penalty letters (226J). Learn more about how to avoid the mistakes that can result in millions of dollars of potential liability.
