This interactive presentation designed for HR Professionals who have a very basic understanding of the FMLA and who would like to work through more advanced issues such as overlapping leave obligations under the FMLA and ADA, complex employee leave and return to work situations, and some of the more complicated administrative issues resulting from an organization’s obligations under these laws. The format of this presentation will include delivery of traditional content, as well as extensive use of hypotheticals drawing on real employee leave situations.
