A timely presentation on the state of the world after “#metoo” and the recent scandals involving sexual misconduct.  You will leave with a deeper understanding of how to conduct effective investigations, adopt focused crisis response strategies, and manage situations where senior company officers may be the subject of allegations of misconduct.

    About the speaker:
Trecia Moore is an Associate in the Overland Park, Kansas, and Kansas City,
Missouri, offices of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Moore represents management in all
aspects of traditional labor relations matters, including collective bargaining negotiations,
grievances and arbitrations, union campaigns, management and employee training, and
matters before the National Labor Relations Board. Her practice also includes
employment litigation in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Moore served 14 years as Senior Labor Relations Examiner for the National Labor Relations Board. This experience provides Ms. Moore with great insight as to how the NLRB and other administrative agencies investigate and decide cases. While attending law school, Ms. Moore served as the Articles and Symposia Editor for the University of Missouri Kansas City Law Review. She also received the Cali Award for Legal Research and Writing.
