An organization's level of success stems from its members' innovation, identification of roadblocks and concerted efforts to tear down the roadblocks.   There is compelling evidence that an employee's mindset will have short- and long-term consequences for his/her success and work performance. Dr. Lyn Rantz, Head of School at Topeka Collegiate School, will share the research and practical application of promoting and recognizing the mindset of those in the workplace. Professional feedback, risk-taking, and working with others are some of the areas she will address. Evaluating the individual and collective mindset of an organization may very well reveal true strengths as well as hidden challenges. The power of growth mindset is explicitly studied at Topeka Collegiate by faculty and staff. Dr. Rantz will share key insights for SHRM members and guests.

Last day to register online: 11/11/2016 (registrations after 11/11/2016 need to be done at the door and will be an additional $5)
