    Please join us on Thursday, August, 25, 2016 for the Topeka SHRM 2016 SHRMinar.

    The meeting will be hosted at the Capitol Plaza Hotel, 1717 SW Topeka Boulevard in the Pioneer Room.  Lunch will be served and is included in the cost of registration.

    The cost of the full day SHRMinar with meal and 6 HR Certification Credit (6 SHRM PDCs, 3 General HRCI and 3 Business) presentations is $75.00.

    We all have prejudices we are not even aware we have. Buried prejudice and biases are surprisingly influential underpinnings to all the decisions we make, affecting our feelings and consequently actions. The phenomenon is called unconscious bias. The concept of unconscious bias or “hidden bias” has come into the forefront because the dynamics of diversity are changing.

    This program is designed to position leaders to effectively put their organizations and teams on the same page in pursuit of the organization’s strategic objectives. During this presentation, leaders will learn to develop and maintain the laser focus needed to maximize success in business by developing a strategic Vision and Mission statement along with 12 other components critical to any organization’s success.
