Director Workforce Reporting and Analytics
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to add to our Human Resources team and has a new opportunity for a Director Workforce Reporting and Analytics. This position will lead the design and execution of workforce data, reporting, and analytics strategies across the organization. This position is responsible for designing and overseeing the production of data-driven reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights to Human Resources, senior leaders, and executives. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer (SVP, CHRO).
