HR Compliance Specialist - BCBSKS

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to add to our Employee Relations team and has a new opportunity for an HR Compliance Specialist. This position ensures the organization remains compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies by developing and overseeing compliance required documentation of regulatory activities and employment policies. This position serves as a subject matter expert for regulatory compliance of employment (recruiting, selection and hiring) related policies, practices and procedures, and supports HR practices that align with legal standards and ethical practices. The HR Compliance Specialist manages, coordinates, and monitors various compliance related processes such as documentation for responses to internal and external audit requests, non-citizen sponsorship activities, and organizational telecommuting programs.

This position is eligible to work hybrid or onsite in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.
