Newcomer is excited to welcome an experienced HR Business Partner to our growing organization. In this vital role, you'll report directly to our Director of Human Resources and be a valuable member of our talented HR team, ensuring we deliver compassionate service to the associates we serve.
About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a strategic collaborator working together with leadership to propel forward HR initiatives that directly align with and drive our overall business objectives. In this role, you'll provide proactive HR guidance and coaching across a broad spectrum of people-related matters, ensuring that every decision is anchored in best practices and strategic foresight. Your responsibilities include leading performance and talent management frameworks that empower our teams to excel, alongside championing innovative employee recognition programs that celebrate individual contributions and foster a culture of excellence. Additionally, by offering multi-location support, you'll guarantee consistent, high-quality HR experience across the organization, ultimately creating an environment where both the business and its people can thrive.
Who You Are:
We're looking for a seasoned HR professional who brings at least five years of experience in HR or a related field. You have a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring that our policies are compliant and strategically sound. Your excellent interpersonal and written communication skills allow you to engage effectively with a diverse range of audiences, facilitating smooth interactions across all levels of the organization. Moreover, your adaptability shines in managing the complexities of multiple locations, and you're comfortable with occasional travel for site visits, conventions, or training. This well-rounded expertise positions you perfectly to excel as our next HR Business Partner.
