HR Business Partner - Newcomer
Newcomer is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing company! You will report directly to our Director of Human Resources and join a talented group of human resource professionals.
Role: As a Business Partner, working closely with leadership, you will be responsible for providing general human resource consulting, coaching, performance management, talent management, and employee recognition to your assigned areas of the company.
Experience & Skills: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years ‘experience in human resources or a related field, knowledge of employment law, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, up to date on general HR best practices and trends, and experience working with multiple locations. Some travel is required for location visits, conventions, or training opportunities.
