    Topic:  A Forward-Thinking Approach to the Latest Benefit Trends

    The Holmes Murphy team will hit on the biggest employee benefit trends, challenges, and solutions they are seeing with employers this year. This includes strategies and trends as it relates to Compensation and Merit increases, Employee Benefits, Recruitment, Time Off and more!

    About the speakers:

    Jack Klisares joined the Holmes Murphy team in 2014. He has 8 years of industry experience and currently serves as a Client Executive. Jack is responsible for working with employers on developing cost-effective employee benefits strategies. Jack graduated from the University of Kansas with Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing. Jack volunteers at The Children’s Place in Kansas City and sits on the Young Ambassador Board. In his free time, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his 8th grade basketball team, and expanding his culinary skills!

    Tim has been with Holmes Murphy since 2011.  As an Client Executive, Tim Jardine helps customers better use their employee benefit dollars, builds out programs and strategies that help bend/flatten the cost curve, attracts and retains top level talent, keeps customers in compliance with healthcare legislation, and educates employees to be better consumers of their healthcare dollars. A graduate of Iowa State University, Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications with minors in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. He also holds his Group Benefit Associate (GBA) designation. Tim is on the B.I.G. Junior Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City where he’s also a Big Brother Mentor. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events and traveling.

    As an Client Executive, Molly Meek is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, working with clients to find innovative funding solutions for their benefits packages, and being available to clients for any day-to-day service needs or questions. She has been with Holmes Murphy for four years and in the industry just shy of a decade. Molly earned her dual degree in Finance and Marketing from Creighton University. She is very active in the Kansas City community, as well. She served on the Gillis board and helped transition it into the Cornerstones of Care organization. She currently sits on the executive board of LakeMary Center. Molly helped establish a young women’s professional networking group in Kansas City called, Underground Social, and coordinates their quarterly speaking series. In her spare time, she loves cooking, yoga, gardening with her husband and playing with her six month old daughter.
