    Spring Session

    Earning your SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential makes you a recognized expert and leader int he HR field - and a valuable asset to your organization, keeping you and your organization more competitive in today's economy.

    Applications for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exam will begin January 2, 2019 through May 22, 2019 at www.shrmcertification.org.  With exams offered between May 1, 2019 through July 15, 2019.

    Join SHRM – Topeka as Cynthia Stotlar-Hedberg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, guides 6 – 3 hour sessions to help you prepare for the 2019 Spring Exam Window for the SHRM–CP or SHRM–SCP. The study group sessions are offered as a benefit to any interested SHRM – Topeka member however non-SHRM Topeka participants can attend as well at an additional fee of $100. 

    A minimum of five registrants is needed to hold the course.  Please register as early.

    SHRM Learning System Materials:  The SHRM Learning System materials will be used during the study group sessions.  The Topeka Chapter is able to order the SHRM Learning System materials in bulk at a discounted rate of $495 (non-chapter members the price is $595).  Regular rate at http://shrm.store.org is $795 for SHRM members and $1020 for non-SHRM members.

    The SHRM Learning System will be used during the study group sessions. While purchasing the SHRM Learning System is helpful with increasing your chances of passing, it is not required for participants to purchase the SHRM Learning System in order to participate in the study group. Please note: Due to copyright, we will not be able to provide copies of any of the study books for those that do not purchase the SHRM Learning System.

    • Leadership & Navigation:  January 19
    • Ethical Practice:  February 2
    • Business Acumen:  February 16
    • Relationship Management:  March 2
    • Consultation:  March 16
    • Critical Evaluation:  March 30
    • Global & Cultural Effectiveness:  April 13
